So it's been awhile since my last blog...I've been teaching full time, so I have less time to spend on the computer. I really do miss having my computer at my disposal whenever I choose. Anyway, things are going well with the class. It's not so hot out anymore (around 26 with a nice breeze) so the kids aren't so crazy. We spent the weekend at the beach and at Wet'n'Wild. It was so nice to just hang out at a waterpark. I had lots of fun.
I've been reading Philip Yancey's "Soul Survivor" and it's really good. I started about a year ago, and then the book found its way under our bed and it resurfaced when we were packing, so I brought it along. I'd forgotton its value. I want to express more, but I just realized that I am going to miss my bus if I don't leave now. Hopefully in the next few days I will have the time to talk more about some of the amazing lessons I am learning.
