Hmmm, there are a few habits I wish I didn't have, but I think right now my two biggest are my addiction to pop (nope Jamie, I didn't just copy you - we both carry this vice!) I love pop, especially Pepsi. Up until I was pregnant with Ayda, I liked pop, but it wasn't an addiction (okay, maybe my first year at Briercrest it was - my parents had given me a mini-fridge, and it became strictly a pop fridge for my roommate and I - Mandy and I would take turns stocking it with pop, usually Mountain Dew, which still reminds me of coming back to our room after soccer practices.) Anyway, fast forward to my pregnancy with Ayda - all I wanted was Pepsi. I'd have the odd other craving here and there, but Pepsi was a constant. And it hasn't stopped. Now I'll admit that it's most likely not a craving anymore, but a full-on addiction. Surprisingly, I haven't actually bought Pepsi in the last couple of weeks...I have to get my fix when I go out, or to my sister-in-law's because she always has Pepsi. :) And it almost always needs to be from a can. Way better.
The other habit I wish I didn't have was snacking after supper. I love to snack in the evening. Definitely another thing that I need to stop...as I gaze at the apple core and jar of peanut butter sitting beside me...

At least your snack contains fruit! I'm really bad at evening snacking too, but it's pretty much never in the least bit healthy!
