Introducing Mulan!
Jared is absolutely enamored with her.
She's helping Ayda get over her fear of animals!
She often finds peace by placing herself between Ryan's or my feet. Must get tiring sneaking away from kids who are constantly picking her up and getting too "in-her-face"!
But she is absolutely adorable and we are happy to have her in our home! She was a rescue-kitty: her mother kept dropping her around the acreage of a friend, abandoning her. Our friend would return her to her home and it would just happen again. So her took her in and asked if we would adopt her. I'm so glad we did. She is so cute and sweet. She loves, LOVES to cuddle. Right now she is tucked between me and the laptop, her face buried under my wrist into the blanket. She keeps looking at me, her eyes saying, "hey, can you stop typing?! You keep moving!"
And, no, I don't think she'll end up being a mouser - we haven't had any problems with mice (there are enough cats roaming around), and after having her in the house for the winter, I'm pretty sure she'll stay!

I'm not a cat person, but she is ADORABLE! We'll have to get a pet at some point too, to help Rachel get over her fear of animals.
