This has got to be one of my favourite pictures of us!
Ayda and her flower towel that always droops.

The bin is the best! Way better than the toys.
The middle of getting ready in the morning (only one child is clothed).
So after Monday's post (it's now Thursday) I have had a poop mini-explosion and ounces and ounces of milk/formula could shooting out at me. Seriously, I don't know what her deal is. Take this morning, for example. After her solid breakfast, I gave her just 4 ounces of formula. I burped her and two burps later, up came a bunch of either formula or milk from earlier this morning, plus some apple sauce. So I changed her. No sooner had I begun to button up her new shirt, when she spit up some more. I figure, forget it, she's wearing this. It wasn't TOO bad. So I put a light jacket on her and stuck her into her carseat...you guessed it, spit up. Then she managed to last until we got to Enchantaland, where she spit up at least 4 more times. Not huge amounts, but enough to soak her outfit. Plus, there were chunks. But she wanted lunch, so I fed her, but I gave her less solids than normal, to see if that was the problem, and she only drank about half of her bottle. Burped her, out came about 2 ounces. So I changed her again. Seriously, no sooner had I sat back down, out came about another ounce. Grrrrr. At least this one was mostly on my hand and pants. What is the deal!?!?!?!? Is it an allergy? Is it that she is just eating too much (that's my guess). This only started about three weeks ago, so it certainly isn't my breastmilk. Maybe the formula, but again, she's been drinking that for way longer than this spit-up thing has been going on. And same with solids. Maybe she's growing so wants to eat more but her tummy isn't big enough?!? I just know that it's a good thing that Jenn and Nevada lent us some of their daughter's clothes, because despite the massive amount she owns herself, Ayda would not have enough clothes to last until the next time I do laundry. I refuse to do laundry every day. Of course, if I needed to, I would....:)
As for Jared, we started using hot sauce as discipline for screaming or disrespecting - works like a charm!!! "Jared, do you need me to go get the hot sauce?" Immediate freeze of action..."No sauce, Mommy! No sauce!" We only give him a tiny drop, but it still is like magic.
House stuff is coming along....we really need to get our butts in gear and get this place ready to sell. Hopefully this weekend will produce lots of progress.

Wow, you and Ayda, me and Gemma. It's so hard, too when they want to eat but you just know it's all going to come back up. Like Gemma with her milk, she kept asking and asking and I didn't want to deprive her....Until I got the fountain.

Not sure what the date was on this post but I hope she's getting better.

I feel so bad for you. Seth had bad reflux for awhile (but not that bad!) and is now getting over it. I really hope it clears up soon!

As for hot sauce, we do that with Landon too, for lying or disrespectful words. It works for him too!
