Tiny Tribute to Ayda
"Ayda, is is time for bed?" Solemn nod.
"Ayda, are you hungry?" Emphatic nod.
"Ayda, should Daddy change your diaper?" Slow nod, while looking intently at Daddy.
All of a sudden, I realize just how much she understands. Actually, I wonder if all of a sudden she understands so much more than not that long ago. I love it. I love how she looks at me with her big, blue, intent eyes. I love how she nestles in to give me a hug and pats my back. I love how she exaggerates the swing in one arm when she is on a mission. I love how she looks so girly with her piggies in her hair. I love how she adores her big brother. I just love my little Ayda.

We love Ayda, too! We even wrapped her birthday present last night (finally) and will mail it ASAP.
So cute! Makes me smile especially thinking of her swinging her arm enthusiastically! I'm also loving seeing all the understanding in my little boy.
Children are so precious - each little step is special, we love Ayda tyoo!
I sure love that little girl too! So good to do lunch with the two of you a few weeks ago and see what a jolly little person she is, and those eyelashes! Almost as great as her brother's!
