Sorry no post in awhile - we are currently living with Ryan's parents as our house makes it's way towards livability. And while they have internet access, I just haven't found the time to post. And I can't post any pictures, currently. Jared is doing well - he loves to roll and bounce and drool. I was trying to put his diaper on after his bath this evening and it took me a long time and the help of my mother-in-law - he just kept rolling for a box above his head. And the strength of that boy - yikes! He loves his food - have I mentioned that we started him on solids? Well, we did to try to get him to sleep through the night again, as he started waking up a few weeks ago. I think it's a combination of the whole stress of the move and needing more calories, and I wasn't prepared to nurse every hour! So solids it was. I wasn't wanting him to start so early, but he has caught on very well and loves his peas in particular. He is getting to be more and more of a little boy and not a baby. Sigh. I guess that's bound to happen. I love him so much. Even when he calls out to me at 5 in the morning, I just can't get mad. Frustrated, yes, but not mad. He's so perfectly made - I love his eyes (they are still that funky dark blue/grey), his tummy, his toes, his fingers, his little nose, his everything. And he's all ours. What a gift from God. And when he smiles his huge smile or giggles - nothing else in the world matters.
