Well, after teaching almost everyday last week, I'm down to 1 1/2 days this week. Sigh. Oh well. I'm half a day better this month compared to last month, so that's good, I guess. But I'm willing to bet December will be much slower. (Now there's some positive thinking!)
I've noticed that I start an awful lot of my blogs with "well". I'm going to make a conscience effort not to.
On the subject of Christmas, I'm actually pretty close to being done with shopping. Of course, I say that, and then realize that I'm not as far along as I think. For example, I know what I am getting for a lot of people, but the purchases have not yet been made. And Ryan is not on my written list, and he counts for another 1/2 of the current written list! But I think I'm further along this year at this time than any other year. And it sort of snowed today, which I am thrilled about. If it's going to be cold and miserable outside, it may as well be a beautiful and romantic white, as opposed to a dull and depressing brown. Plus, snow just equals Christmas!
I got a wonderful surprise yesterday: Ryan is taking me to see Les Miserables!! I am so excited, I am so excited, I am so excited. I have always wanted to see it, and it's even sweeter coming as a surprise from my amazing husband who has been planning this for awhile. So don't call on Thursday evening, because we will be out!
