I think I have given up on this summer. This weekend hasn't been too bad, but definitely not ideal weather. Just enough sunshine and calm waters to be on the lake for a few hours a day. Other than that, rain and wind and cold and more rain and wind, you get the picture. But it has been a good weekend for visiting and looking at Shaun's pictures with the explinations, which we didn't have the first time we looked through them (Shaun sent them home as he took them, Mom developed them and we looked at them). And his friend, Frank, and a guy living in Calgary but from Switzerland were up here as well. We taught him how to water ski and wakeboard as well as drive quad.
So maybe tomorrow will be better. We are planning on going to Waskesiu to find end-of-summer sales. That will put me in a good mood!!
