Well, we are leaving for Calgary tomorrow to meet Shaun at the airport. Yup, he is done his year of travels and is currently on a flight from Sydney to Los Angeles. Poor boy: because American Airlines doesn't have a flight from LA to Calgary, he has to fly LA-Toronto-Calgary. Sucks, but it was his cheapest option to get home. I guess our Brisbane-Kuala Lumpur-LA detour was worse (an 8 hour backtrack!). What you don't do to save some cash, eh?
